Shyam played key role in building and running large IT delivery centers for Patni's major Telecom customers such as Virgin Mobile USA, Carphone Warehouse, Ericsson. He also ran the IT Transformation practice for Patni.
Shyam lived and worked in Silicon Valley area for 11 years. Some of his assignments include heading the application development for ATPA (Associated Third Party Administrators), heading the product development for a startup - TBOL (Trust Benefit Online) and architecting enterprise solutions for SBC (now AT&T). Before moving to USA, Shyam worked for TCS and was involved in automating few branches of Andhra Bank.
Shyam is an alumnus of University College of Engineering, Osmania University where he studied Bachelors in Electrical Engineering and Masters in Control Systems.
Shyam also has an MBA from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
Ram has successfully founded two companies Anewa Engineering and Avineon India and is currently serving on the board of various companies.
Ram Kumar is Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Abishek started his career with Tata Consultancy Services as a software developer in its Telecom R&D division and then was a IT security manager managing large teams across various geographies. He was the co-founder of Adverant Inc. , an startup in IT security area.
Abishek worked in Intellecap an Investment Bank based in Hyderabad, where he was part of deal teams that closed over 150 Cr investments and has worked on the entire value chain of deal making process.
Abishek has Bachelors in Engineering from Mumbai University. He also completed Certification from The School of Investment Banking.
He is an avid stock market investor and is excited about scaling startup firms.
Management, and Business Analysis in CFO-Net, Deloitte consulting, and few other firms in India and USA.
Pankaj played the leadership role in last 6 years managing a team of 70+ people and project finances of multimillion dollar projects. Currently, he is consulting few companies in India in the area of valuation and M&A, and Strategic initiatives.
He also trains students in CFA and Equity Research.
Pankaj possesses MBA from Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad and Engineering graduate from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur.
As a student of IBS Hyderabad Ankur did his internship with AnandRathi Financial Services Ltd., during which he did valuation of publicly listed automobile companies in India, using models like DDM,DCF and Multiples approach.
His areas of interest includes- Financial Risk Management, Treasury Management, Credit Management, Investment Banking- Corporate and Business Valuations.
